CONSIDERATIONS TO KNOW ABOUT BAREFOOT SHOES FOR RUNNING

New to barefoot shoes. We live in Montana where by it could possibly get to -twenty or lower. Any ideas on boots? Am I ideal in considering you would need to have the thick boot to guard from the extreme cold? Look for boots with a large toe box maybe?
